The Costa Rican Chamber of Construction (CCC) is the organizer of Expoconstruccion y Vivienda. The main objective of this event is to offer the best options to build, remodel, enlarge, get a loan, or buy a house. Guests to the Fair will find a wide range of possibilities to help them save time and money.

Mr.Rodrigo Altmann, President of the Organizing Committee of Expoconstruccion y Vivienda explained that housing project developers, engineers and architects and financial companies get together under one roof to offer the largest offer of housing projects which include city, beach, or mountain vertical or horizontal properties or lots to build a customized project. There are offers available for each budget. Expoconstruccion y Vivienda also offers materials to build, remodel, decorate, and/or furnish your home.

The Fair is held at Pedregal Events Center. More than 225 national and international companies and more than 600 stands work together to offer attractive and convenient options of exiting homes, financing, materials, and finishings, machinery and equipment.
